What We Did

IBM was host to a global conference in the mountains of Northern California where the nights are chilly. The idea of a woven blanket as a giveaway intrigued them but personalizing each blanket with embroidery is what sold them on the concept.

At the mountain retreat, as guests registered they were invited to submit their request for a personalized embroidered IBM branded blanket. The process was seamlessly integrated when guests registered and given the high value of each blanket, we had to insure against duplicate requests from each guest. A branded SMS text message was automatically sent to the guest the moment their personalized blanket was ready to be picked up, which included a unique job number to assist in locating the finished product.
