Target Stores turned to Digital Events to provide personalized holiday ornaments in large masses to attendees at their pop-ups in Los Angeles and New York for 30 days during the holiday season. Target knew that their huge pop ups would draw record crowds on a daily basis and needed to provide over 2,500 personalized laser engraved ornaments to guests as they came through the experience.
Digital Events built a custom Target branded user interface which made it easy for guests to submit their requests. Immediately after submitting, guests could look up on a 60″ monitor and watch their holiday ornament be laser engraved. In less than 10 seconds, their ornament was seamlessly completed and hand delivered to the guest.
