What We Did
With so much competition in the sportswear industry, Adidas was looking to raise the bar in consumer experience by providing an assortment of personalization options on Adidas apparel and footwear. After several in-store activations over the years, Adidas partnered with Digital Events November, 2019 to provide on-site personalization 7 days a week in 6 stores throughout NYC and LA for a full year. This service was offered in all the stores from open to close every day with multiple personalization methods so a customer could buy any Adidas item and have it personalized live on the spot (everything from shoes to shirts, sweatshirts and bags).
How It Helped
Increased sales in both footwear and apparel by offering complimentary personalization to all customers. Adidas additionally collaborated with several local artists and brands for ‘artist weekends’ so the brands’ followers could purchase Adidas gear and get it personalized with the local artists branding.
